Customer's Agreement

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute any decision made by Adya Couture regarding cancellation.

Cancellation by Adya Couture

Adya Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Situations that may result in cancellation include:

Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Additional verification or information required before accepting any order.
If your order is cancelled, we will contact you to inform you of the cancellation or if additional information is needed. In case your credit card has been charged for a cancelled order, the charged amount will be reversed back to your card account.

The customer agrees to accept Adya Couture's decision regarding the cancellation without dispute.
