At Adya Couture, we aim to provide a hassle-free returns and exchanges experience for our customers. Please review our policy below:
Returns
Products sold by Adya Couture can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at adyacoutures@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will respond to your request within 72 hours.
- Returns are eligible for a coupon to be redeemed on your next purchase, valid for a specified timeframe.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or torn product, please make a video while unpacking and share it with us via email within 48 working hours of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Used or altered products, as well as products without original tags and packaging, will not be refunded or replaced.
- Return is allowed once per order.
- If the ordered item is out of stock, you have the option to receive a refund or choose another product by paying the price difference.
- All discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
How to Create a Return Request
To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at adyacoutures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is accepted via email, pack the product as received and ship it to the following address:

After shipping the product, please share the following details with us via email:
- Tracking details
- Courier Company Name
- Order Number
- Product Name(s)
Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit note that'll be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Please note that charges for returns are bearable by the customer.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, follow the return process mentioned above. We will provide you with store credit, and you can place a new order for the desired size. Shipping costs for the exchanged product will be borne by you.
