Returns

Products sold by Adya Couture can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at adyacoutures@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will respond to your request within 72 hours.

Returns are eligible for a coupon to be redeemed on your next purchase, valid for a specified timeframe.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or torn product, please make a video while unpacking and share it with us via email within 48 working hours of delivery.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Used or altered products, as well as products without original tags and packaging, will not be refunded or replaced.
Return is allowed once per order.
If the ordered item is out of stock, you have the option to receive a refund or choose another product by paying the price difference.
All discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit note that'll be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Please note that charges for returns are bearable by the customer.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, follow the return process mentioned above. We will provide you with store credit, and you can place a new order for the desired size. Shipping costs for the exchanged product will be borne by you.
